What are the possible challenges during the Yoga trek?
When you trek to the remote areas of Nepal, you may encounter certain challenges, such as a lack of modern services. Please keep in mind that you will be walking to the highlands of Nepal, ascending and descending your way to places situated above 3,000m. During the trek, one of the main challenges to be aware of is altitude sickness, which can occur due to the high elevation. Another challenge to consider is the need to walk continuously for approximately 6-8 hours each day.

What permits do I need before going on the Annapurna Circuit Yoga trek?
To trek within the Annapurna Conservation Area and the restricted area in Nepal, it is necessary to obtain three permits: the ACAP permit (Annapurna Conservation Area permit), the TIMS (Trekkers Information Management System), and the RAP (Restricted Area permit).
